Reasons I Fell for the Funny Fat Friend - Cassie Mae, Becca Ann This is a short, cute story about two incredibly realistic teenagers in their last year of school. It is told from his point of view, and it basically follows Brody's trying to convince Hayley he really does want to be with her, that she's worth it. Hayley is not the average hot bod and she's very self-conscious about it, but her wonderfully bizarre personality easily attracts Brody. It's amazing how non-judgmental and even kind of normal he is, and what made the book different was seeing it through his eyes, not hers. I started this when I was in a bad mood and it was a great decision.
